This build-out includes a dedicated training area, private office, three restrooms with showers, a full laundry/storage room, coffee bar, and a functional workspace—designed to support both performance and community.
ARETE WRESTLING ACADEMY
A complete transformation of an industrial space into a modern wrestling and training facility. This build-out focused on creating a clean, high-performance environment while maintaining the raw character of the existing structure. The project included interior training areas, an office, two changing rooms, shower, two restrooms and functional upgrades designed to support both athletes and community use.

Scope included demolition, ADA-compliant design implementation, and site improvements—highlighted by parking lot upgrades to meet accessibility requirements and accommodate future tenants.
