Ramos Construction Group is a family-owned residential and commercial construction firm founded by Christopher and Krystal Ramos, based in Southern Orange County, California. With a background in real estate development and experience supporting high-end retail environments for globally recognized luxury brands, we bring a disciplined approach to planning, execution, and attention to detail that goes beyond traditional contracting. Built on integrity, discipline, and respect for the craft, our company delivers thoughtfully executed projects across Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties.
We specialize in ground-up construction, residential developments, commercial buildings, and mixed-use projects. Our work reflects a hands-on approach, clear communication, and an uncompromising standard of quality from planning through completion.
Recent notable projects include Mission PUDs and Sheffield Garden Homes in San Gabriel, California, a completed commercial office and warehouse facility for Sukut Properties, and multiple mixed-use developments throughout Riverside, Pomona, and Downtown Los Angeles, in addition to local Orange County projects such as Arete Wrestling Club, Praia Jiu-Jitsu Gym, and various ADUs and residential extensions.

Leads financial strategy and supports project planning and execution, combining a strong understanding of development, budgeting, and operations to ensure efficient delivery and sound decision-making across all projects.
Acts as the on-site leader for all construction activities, driving execution, coordinating trades, and ensuring each project is delivered on schedule and built to RCG standards.
Supports on-site operations by managing crews, maintaining quality control, and ensuring work is executed safely and efficiently across all phases of construction.
Supports project coordination and documentation, helping streamline communication between the field and office to keep projects organized and moving forward.
We prioritize planning, coordination, and execution to ensure every project is delivered efficiently and to the highest standards.
